Growing up as a competitive figure skater in a family of competitive sailboat racers, it is no surprise that Deborah developed the art of strategic planning coupled with hard work and discipline.

After graduating from college in Hawaii, Deborah returned to Southern California's coast. She began her real estate career in 1986. Her background also includes four years as a senior mortgage loan officer, assisting buyers in obtaining their financing.

Deborah has developed a creative marketing strategy geared to coastal communities. Her large coastal network, expertise in financing, strategic planning and negotiating, genuine care and commitment to hard work are getting her clients the quality results they want and deserve.

Deborah serves on the Board of Directors for the Oxnard Neighborhood Council and participates in the Neighborhood Watch program. She is a member of several Yacht Clubs, philanthropic organizations and the national, state and local Board of REALTORS®.
