* 1986-2005 Association of Realtors Chairperson – Local Food BankBackground:
Alex and his family moved to the Simi Valley/Moorpark area in 1976 from Woodland Hills in the San Fernando Valley. After graduating from High School, Alex went on to study Real Estate Finance at San Diego State University and California State University at Northridge.
Alex began his Real Estate career in April of 1980. He has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer while always keeping his clients’ needs and a superior level of service the #1 priority. Last year, Alex generated nearly $33 million in total closed production. Even by the standards set by top producers, these are impressive figures.
What is Alex’s secret? “I have never been money motivated,” he says, “and that has made all of the difference.” This may seem at odds with the real estate game, but Alex explains, “Because I am not money motivated, I can put my clients’ interests first, before any other considerations. In turn, my clients trust me, and trust is a powerful thing. Clients send referrals to me based on that trust. I do not have to look for business; it comes to me. Doing business this way makes me feel like a million dollars. When you feel like a million dollars, it’s not that tough to sell over $32 million worth of property in a year.”
